It was a rainy day. Everything was slower. The garage area was in full swing though. No complaints. They didn’t check everything, but things like the cabin filter and air filter, I changed before so I wasn’t too worried. I was alarmed though when the tech didn’t come to the window and ask me what oil I wanted. I had to run out and stop him.

They have expanded since I was last here and offer more services like 4 wheel alignment. The vehicle inspection area was non-stop. Now I have another competitive option of where to go!

I love this car wash. They also have a lube shop that offers a number of minor maintenance and repair services. I came in here yesterday and had my A/C checked because it had been blowing hot air. The technician I dealt with, Carlos, found the problem (bad compressor) and didn’t charge me, even though he had checked the freon pressure and added some gas to the system. I also needed my cabin filter changed and they were able to do that, as well as a complete oil and filter change and wiper blade replacement within the promised time. While waiting in the customer waiting area, I treated myself to 15 minutes in one of the two massage chairs – a great way to spend $5. While my car was being serviced, I also observed how other customers were treated and saw nothing but very satisfied customers being treated with respect. This place is very clean throughout and I appreciated that on a very hot and humid July day, the shop was well-refrigerated. Finally, I really appreciate the hard work the cleaning crew does after the car goes through the multi-stage automatic car wash.

I didn’t like it. For the price I paid $21 they left the mirrors wet and also the trunk and bumper. That made the car dirty all at once.

You may also need other services

I’ve been here a couple of times and I really don’t know why I keep coming back and spending money. The workers barely understand English so while I was explaining something to one of them they looked at me like I had two heads. Also the service is absolutely horrible. I don’t know what kind of machines they have inside the car wash but they don’t pick up any dirt. I had some stains on one of my doors and putting the car in the washer did absolutely nothing and also when drying it and finishing cleaning the car they didn’t get rid of the dirt. They do a horrible job. They don’t clean the interior cup holders, mirrors, camera screen, nothing. Never again.
